- Customers are allowed to open and check the parcel at the time of delivery to ensure the product matches the description and is free from damage or defects.
- If you notice any issue, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.
2. Individual Product Warranty

- The duration and coverage of such warranties will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- Claims under these warranties must follow the specific terms provided with the product.
3. Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Refund Process

5. Return Shipping
- If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
